Earlier this month Lil Wayne lost his endorsement deal with Mountain Dew, thanks to a controversial reference to Civil Rights figure Emmett Till on Future's "Karate Chop (remix)," and now the song's producer Metro Boomin says that Weezy's verse was never even intended for release.

The 2013 Rock the Bells line up was announced on Tuesday (May 14) and features a who's who of hip-hop. From repeat headliners Wu-Tang Clan to newer names like Kid Cudi and Tyler, the Creator, the annual festival also includes Big K.R.I.T., Juicy J and Danny Brown.
