This week, Basketball Wives went left, as VH1's Tami Roman would say. Yes, the popular reality TV show is known to kick off an epi with vase-hurling, hair-pulling, clutch-smacking brawls, but on Monday, something just wasn't right. To alleviate ongoing tensions among the NBA (ex-) Wives, castmate and executive producer Shaunie O'Neal cooked up another one of her, um, relaxing group getaways—this time to Tahiti. (Slain teen Trayvon Martin)

By Gil Kaufman

If you follow Fox News correspondent Geraldo Rivera's logic, a gun didn't kill Florida teenager Trayvon Martin, a hoodie did. The outspoken Rivera raised lots of eyebrows--and drew fire from Roots drummer ?uestlove--after Friday morning's "Fox & Friends" broadcast when he suggested that the unarmed 17-year-old victim Martin may have been as much to blame as uncharged gunman George Zimmerman. Why?  Read More...

The push to find justice for slain Sanford, Florida teenager Trayvon Martin continued on Thursday with a rally in Orlando led by the Rev AL. Sharpton, and some important input from President Obama. Sharpton led the protest just hours after his mother’s death, telling protesters in a tweet, "I am on the flight to Florida and will move forward with our plans to protest the killing of Trayvon Martin. My MOM would have wanted me to.” President Obama weighed in on the controversial case, where the unarmed 17-year-old was gunned down, saying the nation should do some “soul-searching to figure out how something like this happens."  Read More...

Who would have thought rappers and Republican Presidential candidates were so similiar? If you followed Super Tuesday coverage, you'll know that it's not getting any more decisive for the political party. Despite having hopes of getting a clear frontrunner after 11 states had their primaries on Tuesday, there's still uncertainty as both Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum took leads, and Newt Gingrich won his homestate of Georgia. Becca Frucht took MTV Clutch’s idea into the field while in Georgia speaking with young voters at a Newt Gingrich victory party. Last night's Basketball Wives may as well have been dubbed the "let's fire shots at Kenya and then talk about her behind her back" episode. From her music to her looks, the girls had little nice to say about Kenya Bell. "Her weave looks like a wig. Like it's a little to the left," Evelyn Lozada muses when she first meets the newcomer. During auditions for what will inevitably be an epic music video, Kenya gives a tearful thank you to her team which doesn't include Kesha Nichols. Ouch! Read More...
