If the title of this mixtape sounds familiar, it’s because Lupe Fiasco originally intended to release Friend of the People circa Christmas 2009, but those plans got a bit derailed because of his extra curricula activities. Things have changed nowadays for rapper Future. The Atlanta flamethrower caught fire earlier this year after releasing his contagious hit "Tony Montana" leading to his breakout mixtape, True Story that started a championship type of run for Atlanta's most wanted rapper. After that, the rest was history.

Going back to where it all started, Future recently dropped his latest mixtape Streetz Calling, a collective of more promising club anthems to pick up where "Montana" left off.

"The reason I named the mixtape Streetz Calling is because I had did so many mixtapes and I felt like everybody always say, 'Future, when you gonna drop a new mixtape? You need to drop another one, you need to drop another one,' " he told Mixtape Daily. Read More...
