After guest appearing on Jay-Z and Eminem's Home and Home tour stop in New York, Drake is kicking off his first headlining concert trail this week. Drake's Light Dreams & Nightmares Tour began on Monday (September 20) and we're in the building tonight to give you a live report of Drizzy in Miami. Are you ready, because Drake absolutely is.

"I'm doing an hour and 45 minutes," the 23-year-old revealed. "For me, that's crazy to carry an hour-and-45. I have trouble — with all the records I have — doing an hour and 15 minutes. [If] I do an hour and 15 minutes, I'm cutting out 'Miss Me,' 'Light Up,' 'Money to Blow,' records people want to hear. It's gonna be a real interesting tour. I'm adding all the stuff from Thank Me Later. I'm excited to perform in a world. I've never done that before. I've got background singers now to make stuff sound sweeter."

Light Dreams & Nightmares Tour supporting act is fellow Young Money MC Tyga, whose Fan of a Fan mixtape with Chris Brown spawned the Billboard R&B smash "Deuces."

As for Drake, he's said that he's saving something special for his first tour and we're ready to give you the play-by-play. Keep checking this post and @MTVRapFix for updates on Drizzy's Light Dreams & Nightmares Tour.

With explosions and spotlights, Eminem and Jay-Z are taking over Yankee Stadium for a second night here in New York City. Naturally, RapFix has you covered with a live blog of the greatest concert the Big Apple's seen in quite sometime. Here we go...

Be sure to check back with us throughout the night for live updates from this epic event! You can also follow us on twitter @MTVRapFix and tweet us your comments from the show.

8:20 Hillary Crosley: Roll up to the Bronx, hustle to the Stadium only to be held up by a cranky older gent employed as an usher. God bless him.

8:25 HC: Almost got one bite of a Nathan's hot dog before Em's set starts with "Won't Back Down."

8:44 Jayson Rodriguez: Em goes into "White Trash Party" and video images of 8Mile flash in the screen behind him. He quickly transitioned into "Kill You." He's already mixing up the old with the new material.

8:45 HC: Em's doing "Kill You" amid screams. Two fake gunshots end his classic angry track. Yeah, we miss bleach blonde Shady too...

8:46 JR: "New York, what the f*** is up? It feels good to be back. Before I go on, there's a lot of people up top. Make some noise!" His [Eminem's] hype man, Mr. Porter, does the same for the lowe lever.

8:48 HC: "Don't Hurt Me" after Em makes the crowd put up middle fingers and screams "Free Lil Wayne!"

8:50 HC: Em & his hype man Denaun Porter doing "So Bad"... There are naked silhouettes of people having an almost threesome behind Em on a giant screen.

Plenty of fans are having the worst experience getting into Yankee stadium. It's about a hour and half wait on the will call line and customer service line. When you get to the actual window, senior citizens are working the window and taking their own sweet time servicing the people.

It's all good though once you get in line. You're reminded of the reason you are there. The music is excellent, the sound is phenomenal and Jay-Z and Eminem are rocking!!!! We'll have a full report for you tonight right here. In honor of the birthday boy Swizz Beatz -- who may or may not be a special guest tonight (wink wink) -- we'll say "Showwwwwwwwwwtime!"

Be sure to check back with us throughout the night for live updates from this epic event! You can also follow us on twitter @MTVRapFix and tweet us your comments from the show.

9:10 PM Rahman Dukes: The stadium is packed. Huge difference from Detroit where the folks were reciting every word from Em line for line. They're still rocking wit him tough, though. He has a lot of hits!

9:11 PM Shaheem Reid: Heard Dre is in the building! Wooooo!!

9:14 PM SR: Reaction for "Stan" is amazing. Yankee Stadium is definitely bigger than Comerica. Seems fuller too. Damn it is so many people out here. Rah Dukes says this is our woodstock. That's real. I feel him on that. Expecting so many guest spots from Jay tonight.

9:37 PM SR: Feels great to see 50 Cent shut down a stadium in NY. He came out for "Patiently Waiting," "I Get Money" and "Beama Benz and Bentley" and "In Da Club." No Drake for forever though.

Sway 3:24 PM PST
We are at the NOS events center in San Bernadino. It's about 100 degrees, but flocks and flocks of fans are making their pilgrimage to the grounds. The Legendary Rakim just graced the stage to perform the classic Paid in Full album. I'm standing next to Dre.Biggity @UTBLifestyle he does merchandise for @realwizkhalifa. As we were listening to Rakim perform "I Know You Got Soul," he mentioned to me how he expects to reach one million sold in merchandise of Taylor Gang goods. I finally received my Taylor Gang shirt!

Sway 3:29 PM PST
I'm talking with @yelawolf and he's saying how humbled he is by legends like House of Pain and guys from Snoops crew that stepped up to speak and say how they like what he's doing as an artist. He just joked about being the opening act earlier today for about 100 people and the crowd went MILD!!! Instead of WILD. He's headed to LA right now for a 5pm show.

Shaheem Reid 5:40 PM PST
Sway tells an ill story of how KRS encouraged him to work with MTV. Amazing. Never heard that story before.

Shaheem Reid 5:45 PM PST
Michael Rappaport tells us the Tribe Called Quest documentary is coming soon. He's taking his time.

Shaheem Reid 5:47 PM PST
Rakim has been here since 1 p.m. He tells us he isn't leaving until after he sees Lauryn Hill. He's excited about L. Boogie.

Shaheem Reid 5:50 PM PST
RZA and Masta Killah from Wu-Tang are walking around the parking lot. So is Macy Gray. And a big tour bus that says "Flipmode" just pulled up.

It's beautiful out in LA right now. Sway and I hit LAX this morning and ran straight into Common. All three of us kept talking about how excited we were for this Rock the Bells tour.

See, Guerrilla Union's RTB show transplants us back to a time that was so special. A golden era, that's going to invoke many nostalgic moments. For me personally, seeing KRS-One, Slick Rick and Rakim is going to take me right back to 144 st in Queens where we would we play hip-hop out of the giant "Radio Raheem" boomboxes. I remember we were kids and used to do the Wop to "Eric B. Is President" for hours straight. I remember when we used to sing "The Bridge Is Over" on the stoop. Even though KRS dissed Queens, we didn't care. The record was "fresh!" I remember when Slick Rick dropped "Mona Lisa" and I would listen to the radio all day just so I could tape it on a tdk cassette to play on the block.

And that just a small portion of who is going to be at Rock the Bells. It's going to be epic and me and Sway will bring you everything as it unfolds... That is when I'm not busy doing the wop!

So on Saturday (August 21) starting at 8 p.m. EST, Sway and I have you covered. Lauryn Hill, Wu-Tang Clan, A Tribe Called Quest, Rakim, KRS-One, Slick Rick, Clipse, Wiz Khalifa — the star power is endless and we'll have the play-by-play.

Stay tuned...
