During his "RapFix Live" visit on Thursday (November 11), Lloyd Banks revealed three new songs from his upcoming LP The Hunger For More 2—and saved one, "Father Time," just for RapFix.

The track was originally scheduled to debut during the show, but we ran out of time. Then Sway talked the G-Unit MC into saving one exclusive preview just for us. Beginning with a heavy bass, "Father Time" is accented with rhythmic strings that build anticipation for Banks' verse.

"They see me moving, they want me to stop drop, off the face of earth but, I'ma make it pop hot," raps Banks. "These n----s are not, now watch me take my spot/Got money got power got respect, baby I just want hope ... Time's on my side." Read More...

Lloyd Banks will appear on "RapFix Live" Thursday (November 11) at 4 p.m. ET to chat with Sway. During the show, Banks will share details on his upcoming LP The Hunger For More 2, as well as premiere a new song and video clips of him working that aren't available anywhere else. Tune in here on RapFix and MTV.com where we'll be streaming the show all the way live.

As usual, we're taking questions from fans, like you, via Twitter at @MTVRapFix as well as video inquiries uploaded to Your.MTV.com. This is your chance to ask the Queens native whatever you'd like about his upcoming album The Hunger For More 2, including how it feels to record with Kanye West after 50 Cent, some would say, bullied the G.O.O.D. MC during their Graduation vs. Curtis head-to-head in 2007.

Now, with both Lloyd Banks' The Hunger For More 2 and Kanye West's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy on the way the week of Thanksgiving, it's difficult to know which of their collaborations are on which album. However, "Start It Up" featuring a catchy video game-esque beat, along with guest appearances by Swizz Beatz, Ryan Leslie and 'Ye, is definitely on Banks' forthcoming LP. Read More...

On Wednesday (November 10), a clip of Nicki Minaj chatting with blogger Perez Hilton hit the Internet. The interview began with the most salacious question—do all female MCs dislike Barbie?

"People think that I'm the 'hated female rapper,' " Nicki said. "But a lot of the girls have shown me a lot of love and behind the scenes have said, 'Congratulations, keep up the good work.' Can't we all just get along?"

The two also discussed the MC's hair choice in her clip for "Right Thru Me." Many hip-hop fans, and New York natives, appreciated Nicki's pedestrian clothing and wavy long hair in the video, saying she looked like a genuine Queens girl. However, Perez wasn't the biggest fan of her look.

"I didn’t like the hair. I gotta keep it real," Hilton said, before adding "But I’m loving the hair you have on now!"

Donning a chic straw hat, black bob and her diamond-encrusted Pink Friday chain, Nicki said that she isn't interested in maintaining the same hairstyle all the time. Still, everyone is entitled to their opinion on her wigs, she added diplomatically. Read More...

This isn't a great week for Kanye West.

After filming an interview with the "Today" show, the MC said Wednesday (November 9) that he was taken advantage of and made his opinions very clear via Twitter.

"He played clips of Bush and asked me to look at his face while I was trying to talk to him," wrote Kanye, describing his interview experience with "Today" host Matt Lauer. "I wish Michael Jackson had twitter!"

"Maybe Mike could have explained how the media tried to set him up! It's all a f---ing set up!" he continued.

This isn't the first time that Kanye West has mentioned the late Jackson when discussing his own life as a controversial pop star.

"Jesus died for our sins, Michael [Jackson] died for the sins of our media. Jesus had the bible, [Michael] had Wikipedia,” said the Chicago MC recently during an interview with Minnesota radio station KDWB. Read More...

File this post under "Things that aren't overtly hip-hop, but still ... are hip-hop."

Katherine Jackson, mother of the late Michael Jackson, talked with Oprah Winfrey on Monday (November 8 ) for a frank discussion about her son and grandchildren. Here are a few highlights from the chat about one of hip-hop's fallen icons.

"I don't think I will ever be healed," Katherine said when asked if she believes that time will make accepting her son's death easier. "It will get better, but some days it's like it just happened. ... It hurts. It really hurts."

During the in-depth talk, Oprah also spoke to Joe Jackson, and asked about how he disciplined his Jackson brood. Jackson was apprehensive about saying that he "beat" his children but Mrs. Jackson finally made him come out with it. Read More...

On Monday (November 8), Wiz Khalifa was arrested in North Carolina for marijuana trafficking. The rapper posted $300,000 bail and departed the Pitt Country Detention Center around 8 a.m. but around 7 a.m. one of our RapFix readers sent us news from the scene itself.

@Sun_Devil90 tweeted @MTVRapFix footage of the Wiz himself being arrested for possession of a controlled substance, along with comments from the fans, the Taylors. Their words drew inspiration from Dr. Dre's hit "Tha Next Episode" which definitely made the sad situation bright. Thank you @Sun_Devil90,  thank you.

In July, Wiz stopped by "RapFix Live" to celebrate winning our "Hottest Breakthrough MC" award, voted on by the MTV News Hip-Hop Brain Trust, and spoke to Sway about his ... bakery.

"It's the place where all the goods are made, well,  that's where they're stashed," said Wiz, with a smile. "You just come through and smell  the aroma from down the street. "

And according to the Pittsburgh MC, the baking runs in the family. Read More...

What a lovely way to wake up.

In the late hours of Monday (November 8), Lil Wayne followed up his last tweet from New Orleans with a Facebook video.

"What's poppin' to all my Facebook friends? I think there's like 14 million of y'all," Wayne says in the clip, sporting a black beanie and square shaped sunglasses with a dangling tag. "Just know that I send 14 million thank-yous to y'all—thanx-yous to y'all. I couldn't have did it without you, I won't do it without you. Love Young Moulah, Baby."

What's interesting about this recent message is the MC's use of Facebook instead of Twitter. During his incarceration, Lil Wayne stayed in contact with fans during through his fan site WeezyThnxYou.com, however Facebook messages ran as mostly a compliment to the letters and tweets. Now, with the MC out, perhaps we'll see more videos on the social network popular enough to get a movie in it's namesake? Read More...

On Monday (November 8), Nicki Minaj tweeted an exclusive image of her in the studio. The Queens-bred MC, dressed in a simple t-shirt and pink wig, is depicted possibly recording a bit of her highly-anticipated debut LP Pink Friday. The album hits shelves on November 22 and will feature one of RapFix's favorite songs of 2010 "Roman's Revenge," boasting a verse from Eminem.

So, what's the photo from, you ask? Well, we can't tell you but we can say that we're excited about #ll2810. What's that mean? Well, we can't tell you that either ... but it's going to be big!

Minaj spoke to MTV News on Sunday (November 7) at the 'Welcome Home, Tunechi' party about the Young Money camp's ability to carry on despite the absence of their leader. No martian. Read More...
