On Sunday night (April 14) Will Ferrell was presented with an award for being a Comedic Genius at the 2013 MTV Movie Awards. His speech was eventually interrupted by very drunk actress Aubrey Plaza, but before all of that, we'd simply like to point out how great Ferrell's entrance was. A couple weeks ago Chris Brown declared that Drake would be "stupid" for taking return shots at him in a rap song, so Drake got his words out the old fashioned way--by coming right out and calling Breezy insecure during an interview and admitting outright that he and Rihanna were hooking up for a period of time. Remember when J. Cole murdered Miguel in his "Power Trip" video? It hasn't been easy to shake that visual since the clip debuted on Tuesday, so it's not too surprising that J. Jay-Z held his first annual Made in America festival in Philadelphia last September with a lineup artfully curated to include performers ranging from Jay Electronica to Passion Pit (not to mention Drake, Pearl Jam, plus Kanye West and G.O.O.D. Cole headed back to his hometown Fayetteville, North Carolina to shoot his new "Power Trip" video, and we wonder if his friends were disturbed by the dark plot line when he originally explained it to them? On the Born Sinner single, which features Miguel, Cole obsesses over a girl, but he takes it way beyond basic obsession in the self-directed video where he ends up resorting to murder, over jealousy.
