Kanye West Is Pissed About Jimmy Kimmel’s Spoof: Right?

By Sowmya Krishnamurthy

Kanye West is not laughing. The rapper/producer unleashed a Twitter tirade against late night host Jimmy Kimmel for spoofing his recent interview with BBC 1. “JIMMY KIMMEL IS OUT OF LINE TO TRY AND SPOOF IN ANY WAY THE FIRST PIECE OF HONEST MEDIA IN YEARS,” Ye tweeted Thursday night (September 26).

Kanye continued by saying that Jimmy’s spoof-in which kids re-enact his passionate interview–was out of line. Ye then got personal and told Jimmy that he wasn’t that funny and ex-girlfriend Sarah Silverman was funnier. “JIMMY KIMMEL PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES … OH NO THAT MEANS YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN TOO MUCH GOOD P—Y IN YOUR LIFE…” Ye tweeted.

He called the funny man a “manipulative media mutherf—er.” Kanye also sent out a couple of memes making fun of the comedian. Spongebob, anyone?

Jimmy Re-Tweeted several of Kanye’s tweets but told confused fans that he had no clue what was going on. “I’ll tell you the whole story about @kanyewest tonight on the show – this is not a prank, I promise (unless it’s being played on me)”.

Many are still wary as to the authenticity of this beef especially as Jimmy recently tricked his audience with the so-called “Worst Twerk Ever” viral video.

Stay tuned to Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight to hopefully get an explanation for what went down.
