They say that “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery,” but don’t tell that to Teyana Taylor. The G.O.O.D. Music chanteuse reached her boiling point Tuesday (September 24) afternoon and clapped back at Rihanna on Twitter for posting a video of her hair stylist “imitating” her on Instagram with the IG staple diss setup line, “Bitches be like.”
“i sing caught in the rapture on IG then she posts her boy singing the same song, the same part, with curly hair and a snap back??? #PETTY,” Teyana tweeted.

After Rih Rih posted the clip of Yusef Williams dressed like Teyana in a curly wig, snap back and Jordan’s singing “Caught in the Rapture,” she subtweeted her nemesis, before quickly deleting it. But not before it was retweeted. “I REFUSE to help your career…you will NOT get an @ from me! Not til you pay me! #nomorefreepromo #iRefuse,” Rihanna tweeted.
“petty is petty and shade is shade, bitch knew what the f–k she was doing,” Teyana responded.
One subtweet Rihanna didn’t bother deleting was a direct shot at the differences between the two ladies’ bank accounts. “I hate broke b-tches,” she tweeted.

Teyana responded to that comment with one of her own, adding, “Sh– I Hate Broke B-tches Too,” before going at the Unapologetic singer’s sexual “body count.”
“Ya net worth & ya body count go neck to neck. #IndustryP—y,” she tweeted. “90 million dollars & 90 million ni—s diving in that b-tch box.”
Twitter and IG beefs are par for the course in today’s “tweet before you think” social media climate, but let’s just hope that it doesn’t end in fisticuffs between these ladies as suggested by Teyana, who wants to take things to the streets after Rihanna’s BFF, Melissa Forde jumped in the fray and called the Harlem native “cunt face.” “I’m done on this twitter sh–. When y’all b-tches see me POP OFF. @mforde11 @rihanna,” she tweeted.
