(Meek on not being ‘too disrespectful’ in Kendrick diss track)

Meek Mill jumps on another classic beat and unleashes a diss for Kendrick Lamar. In response to Kendrick’s “Control” verse, Meek Mill dropped “Ooh Kill Em.”

Rapping over Dre and Eminem’s 2001 “Forgot About Dre,” Meek tells Kendrick that he’s for the streets while K Dot is for the guys in backpacks. “You do it for the n***as with the backpack / I do it for the nign***as on the corner tryin’ to make a meal ticket with a crack pack / Hold up, wait a minute, let me back track / Hov gave you 24, let you have that / Man, you claiming you the King of New York / What the f*ck wrong with you n***a, snap back / Hundred shots, aimin’ straight at your snap cap / Everybody want the crown ’til I snatch that”

Meek also tells Kendrick that his claim that he’s the “King of NY” is premature, given that Kendrick’s been in the game for such a seemingly short amount of time. He spits, “Like really, I’m sick of you n***as / You’ve been in the game like a year and some change / And you feeling yourself so I’m killing these ni***s.”

Meek had threatened to unleash a verse on Kendrick after dropping “Kendrick You Next” last week.
