Earl Sweatshirt seems to be avoiding the rap album pileup this July, tweeting Friday (July 12) that instead of dropping his sophomore album, Doris, this month as previously planned, it will be coming out on August 20. He snapped a photo of the album tracklist and shared it on Twitter as well.
The Odd Future member's followup to 2010's Earl features a bevy of guest stars, including Mac Miller (on the previously released single "Guild") and Pharrell, who produced "Burgundy." Frank Ocean and Tyler, The Creator also contributed to the album, with Tyler downplaying his contribution to the disc today on Twitter: "IVE HAD DORIS FOR A WEEK AND I LIKE IT. ALOT. I HAVE THE WEAKEST BEATS ON THERE TBH"
