Greatest off all time? That’s what fans seem to be concluding on Twitter after Jay-Z’s much anticipated 12th solo album Manga Carta Holy Grail became available for download at 12:01 am on the 4th of July. The Roc Nation CEO  played the album in Brooklyn on Wednesday night (July 3), sharing his collaborations with Justin Timberlake, Frank Ocean and Beyonce but even those who weren’t present have been enjoying the music so far. See the early reviews below.

Some fans had trouble downloading the album on Hov’s Magna Carta Samsung app during the wee hours of the morning, but it didn’t take long for the full album to circulate after that. Fans have been weighing in on what they’ve heard, and there seems to be a round of applause.

“All hail king HOV,” @Sammy3294 wrote, while @GrandeSteve76 confidently declared, “God d—- Holy Grail is dirty. Its clear why HOV is on top.”

Some early listeners had even selected a few of their favorite lines already, with @Durags4Eva, writing, “LOL why is Hov still dissing MC Hammer? LMAOOOOOO” and @EvaFresh86  adding, “Some where in America Miley Cyrus still Twerkin” -Hov lol

Has Jay claimed Independence Day as his own? “Happy HOV of July!! #MagnaCartaHolyGrail,” @Kid_Fugee wrote.

@Cfrancais8: Magna Carta #preordered haaaa #HOV
