“The Great Gatsby” soundtrack is packed full of all-star contributions from Jay-Z, The xx and Florence and the Machine, but one of the most interesting collaborations is Beyonce and Andre 3000′s duet “Back To Black.” A cover of the late Amy Winehouse, the song debuted on Mark Ronson’s East Village Radio this weekend.

Ronson, who has worked with Amy previously, called it “wonderful” but Amy Winehouse’s father was less than thrilled. Earlier this month, he told the Daily Mail that Beyonce “doesn’t bring anything” to the song. “‘I wasn’t asked for my permission if they could record it.,” he added.

Fans had mixed feelings about the track and many expressed displeasure for anyone covering Amy Winehouse’s music. “Don’t mess with perfection,” said a supporter of the original while another tweeted, “Hate to say it, but Andre 3000 and Beyonce’s cover of Back to Black does Amy Winehouse no justice.”

Beyonce’s hubby, Jay-Z, scored “The Great Gatsby.” Directed by Baz Luhrmann, the film trailer currently features Watch the Throne’s “No Church in the Wild.” The movie, based on F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel, is set to hit theaters this summer and stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey Maguire, and Carey Mulligan.
