“Right now I’m gonna show you how to really start off a TV show. It’s gonna be a legendary, epic adventure!” Those are the words of Mac Miller from the set of his upcoming MTV2 reality show called “Mac Miller And The Most Dope Family,” which premieres on February 26.
In a new preview clip for the six-part series, the Pittsburgh rapper lobs a basketball from the roof of his L.A. home, across the yard, and it swishes perfectly through the hoop. A chorus of cheers bursts from his ‘family’: The business mastermind Quentin, the artistically gifted Jimmy, the fashion entrepreneur Peanut, and former NFL player turned bodyguard Big Dave.
The show follows Mac Miller and his crew through weeks filled with fast cars, bouncing crowds, and over-the-top antics during the recording of his upcoming album Watching Movies with the Sound Off. The boys roam through the City of Angels, getting their fair share of epic, legendary adventures in every episode. The six-part special series, “Mac Miller and the Most Dope Family,” will premiere on Tuesday, February 26 at 11:30 p.m. ET following “Guy Code” on MTV2.
