To say that Rick Ross had an 'eventful' day would be an understatement. The Miami rapper rang in his 37th birthday at Club LIV with his crew on Sunday night, only to avoid bullets in a drive-by shooting just a few hours later. Thankfully, the MMG CEO is still alive and kicking and his new freestyle over Kendrick Lamar's "Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe" couldn't be more appropriately timed.
The track, which was more than likely recorded before the events that took place today, finds Ross rapping about his Grammy nods and other accomplishments, but even the title hits home harder this time. Stream via 2DopeBoyz.
Ross was leaving dinner in Fort Lauderdale in the wee hours of Monday morning when an unidentified vehicle driving in close range to his Rolls Royce opened fire, sending multiple bullets in his direction. He and his passenger escaped unharmed.
