Brooklyn rapper Theophilus London has been staying busy since breaking out on the scene with his mixtapes, most notably I Want You, and his official EP, Lover’s Holiday, in 2011. This week he revealed to R&R Productions that he’s been working on his new album since November and alluded to features from Kanye West, Drake, and G.O.O.D. Music's Travis Scott.
His other collaborations this year have included work with Solange Knowles and Big Boi on “She Said OK” from his Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors LP. London’s new album has a tentative release date of next summer.
Known for his eclectic style, Theophilus London is becoming a style icon in his own right. Last year he linked up with Cole Haan to create his own line of blue suede shoes. When he spoke to MTV News, he mentioned expanding his brand into clothing, hats, and jewelry. "I got my own line of sequin tank tops coming out. I'm working on a line with Stetson hats and a jewelry line, [a] collab with this girl from France.”
