50 Cent Partners With Mayweather’s Rival Manny Pacquiao

After hearing that 50 Cent and Floyd Mayweather’s longtime friendship recently hit a bit of a rough patch, many were left puzzled especially because the two appeared to be in a good space just last month.  Well rumor has it that it’s Fif’s latest business venture with Mayweather’s rival that has caused the tiff and if true, only expect things to get way uglier.

According to the BoxingScene, after a failed attempt with Money Mayweather, Fifty and Manny Pacquiao are joining forces to create a boxing promotional company. This is odd because Fif just announced the formation of TMT Promotions (50 Cent  and Mayweather’s boxing promotion company ) this past July, but there is talk that the company has already closed shop.

Things Are ‘Different’ Between 50 Cent And Floyd Mayweather After Jail

“50 Cent and I have been talking now for maybe the last two months,” Pacquiao’s advisor Michael Koncz told BoxingScene. “They approached us with the idea to form a promotional company. Initially it was going to be 50 Cent, Manny and Floyd. But right now I don’t think Floyd is going to be a part of it.”

It was clear something had to be brewing when 50 recently went on “the Rickey Smiley Morning Show” explaining that things have been “different” between him and Floyd since the boxer’s jail release. “[The issues between us] really comes from…everybody around him is waiting on the next time he feels generous,” Fif said, “And I have a lot [of money] so I don’t wait for nobody. I’ll go do what I gotta do. I don’t have to sit around and wait for the next time he feels like giving somebody something.”

Yikes.
