Unveiled just last night (August 15) along with a few other new DJ Khaled singles is what could be one of the hottest tracks off his upcoming Kiss The Ring LP. “They Ready” features J.Cole, Kendrick Lamar, and Big K.R.I.T. On the upbeat cut Khaled connects with the three promising rappers on one subject…groupies.

As the chorus plays, “One for the money, two for the show, three for them h— saying anything goes. They say they ready for whatever! They say they ready for whatever,” the three rappers touch on their lifestyles, especially emphasizing the abundance of scandalous women.

Beginning the track spitting, “And you know it don’t stop. Grindin round that clock. Masterminding my second album, my first album just dropped,” J. Cole reflects on the work ethic that got him to the top. K.R.I.T follows up on the track rapping, “Shawty look what we got, my bass beat and it knock. Got the old school in my old school. Bout to post up on yo block,” adding a southern touch to the cut.

Lastly Kendrick hops on the song repping for not only his city but his predecessors in the game, spitting, “Hol’ up, but don’t forget about Compton ni—a. One for the money, two for the show, Three for No Limit and the rest for Death Row.”
