Meek Mill Shares ‘Ambitions Of A Rider’ In The Source Cover Story

Meek Mill lands a major cover story, appearing front and center on the The Source’s Aug/Sep “Back to School” issue. Hitting stands August 7, Meek’s feature will provide insight on his rise to fame, his personal life, his music, and what fans can expect on his upcoming debut LP Dreams and Nightmares.

In Meek’s Source cover titled “Ambitions Of A Rider,” the MMG rapper promises his album will be universal. “It’s all about me thinking what type of first album am I gonna present to the people. [I got] something for the streets, the clubs, storytelling, soulful songs, deep songs,” Meek says. In the feature, He also addressed the NY club incident that he has remained tight lipped about, “I was there, and s— got real. I had nothing to do with it. I don’t have a problem with Drake….It was a lot of unknown guys throwing bottles.”

The Source‘s “Back to School” issue will also feature special tributes to hip-hop icons Will Smith, Queen Latifah and Ice Cube.
