2012 must be a good (and by good I mean profitable) year for Drake as the YMCMB rapper just dropped $7.7 million on a Hollywood Hills mansion. Equipped with plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, and a 24-seat theater; it’s almost certain that Drizzy’s stay in this home is sure to be a good one.
The seven bedroom, nine bathroom, 7,500 sq. ft. home features an abundance of amenities. Along with the 24-seat movie theater, the pad includes a gym, a wine cellar, recreational room, a mini spa and more. Drake’s new home also has a massive pool with waterfall accents and a cave, which is certainly sure to see quite a few parties.
Though he still keeps a place in his native Toronto, Drake told MTV News a few months back that his upcoming third album will definitely be affected by the move to Los Angeles. "There's just so much going on for me in the U.S. that I recently made the move to L.A.," he said. "It's a new atmosphere, getting to know new people. It's going to be a very interesting album."
