The ever rowdy A$AP Mob have gotten themselves into a bit of a jam, now the target of a lawsuit stemming from a brawl that took place at an October show at the FADER Fort in NYC. A$AP Rocky's A$AP Mob is now being sued by a stage manager from the 2011 party who claims the group "beat the hell out of him on stage" following their performance.
Anthony Montalbano claims that the group viciously attacked him as he tried to remove the sound equipment due to the group’s misuse of it. Montalbano states the mob "shouted obscenities indicating their dissatisfaction with the microphones and damaged musical instruments and equipment that was on the stage."
Upon trying to remove the equipment, Anthony says he was "grabbed by the defendants and continuously punched in the face and head for several minutes and said defendants hit plaintiff in the head with a microphone."
After suffering several head injuries, Montalbano is seeking compensation for "negligent hiring, emotional distress, assault and battery and negligence.” The A$AP Mob is being targeted along with Sony Music Entertainment and Fader Media Network for failing to provide proper security at the event.
