VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop 2″ has been jam-packed with tense moments all season, but the sixth episode brought the most vicious catfight the series has seen since its debut, all thanks to a new face on the show. Erica Mena has appeared in videos for 50 Cent, Chris Brown, and even Fabolous (the erstwhile boyfriend of cast member Emily B) but her latest role: vicious antagonist for Kimbella Vanderhee.

While dining with Jim Jones’ manager Yandy Smith, Erica reveals that she has a negative opinion of Kimbella because she thinks her fellow video vixen has devalued the video and magazine modeling fields and messed up her money by taking jobs for little or no payment.

By the time Yandy brought Erica to meet Kimbella and R&B singer Teairra Mari for a social sipping call at a winery, it seemed like mere moments before Erica was yelling at Kimbella for the aforementioned reason. “I don’t really consider what you do modeling though,” Erica said to Kimbella. “It’s kind of like soft porn. It’s cute, though, 101 ways you can bend over!”

Kimbella reacted by throwing her wine glass at Erica, and soon the two were gripping each other’s heads in combat so fierce, that even if it had been encouraged or scripted, its intensity clearly shocked those around them. By the time the women were forced apart, both appeared to have bloody cuts on their faces. As the episode drew to a close, Erica was calling the police and the other ladies were fleeing the scene in a car.

This is actually Erica Mena’s second appearance on a reality show. In 2009’s Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, she was an employee in the Kardashian sisters’ clothing boutique, nearly getting fired in one episode. And while she hasn’t been confirmed as a regular cast member on Love & Hip Hop 2, her appearance along with guest cameos from Teairra Mari add fuel to the rumor that there might be a spin-off series set in Miami in the works.

Who do you think would make a good addition to the cast if the rumor turns out to be true?
