Rihanna Confirms Jay-Z Feature On ‘Talk That Talk’ Album

At this point it’s safe to say that almost everything Jay-Z touches turns to gold, and Rihanna’s career is certainly included on that list of things (although platinum would be more accurate in this case). It’s no surprise then that Rihanna chose her mentor to be one of two features on her sixth album Talk That Talk, which will be released on November 21. Ri-Ri revealed the full tracklist on Facebook last night and on Tuesday morning (November 8) she confirmed that Hov will appear on the LP’s title track.

On Monday night (November 7) Rihanna posted the tracklist on Facebook, writing to fans, “DONE B-TCHES!!!! #TTT Tracklist (EXCEPT “Answer” and NOT in sequence).” And this morning she took to Twitter to confirm Jay-Z’s appearance on the album. “Yes sir! Jigga man is on the title track #TTT,” she wrote, in reply to a fan’s tweet about the collabo.

Tor Erik Hermansen of the Stargate production team dished to the Norwegian website 730 about creating the beat for “Talk That Talk.” “This is the first time we did a song with Jay-Z and Rihanna together,” Hermansen said. “We are very happy with the song and Jay’s verse is crazy—same with Rihanna’s part.”

This isn’t the first single that Rihanna and Jay-Z have collaborated on. “Run This Town” from Jay-Z’s Blueprint 3 album spent 250 weeks on more than a dozen music charts and “Umbrella” landed at #1 on the Billboard charts. Check out the tracklist for Talk That Talk below.
