Young Money diva Nicki Minaj has shown no signs of let up with her successful debut album Pink Friday still burning the charts. Already shooting a number of high profile videos to go along with her smash hits, Nicki’s latest video for her Bangladesh-produced heat rock of a single “Did It On ‘Em” takes a decidedly grittier approach as the DJ Scoob Doo-directed clip shows the Queens native both on and offstage but completely in her element at all times.
The video, fresh on the heels on the bright and festive “Super Bass” clip, is not a big budget affair but does give fans an inside look on how Nicki and the rest of her Young Money cohorts Lil Wayne and Drake made the most of their time during the popular “I Am Still Music” tour from earlier this year. Employing footage from the live show itself along with shots backstage of the starlet goofing around, DJ Scoob Doo managed to capture Nicki Minaj at her most candid.
Fans on Twitter chimed in with their opinion of the video, with a smattering of fans satisfied with the results amid a swelling chorus of detractors.
“Great job on the Did It In Em video it was awesome!” tweeted TMMiddleeast to DJ Scoob Doo’s twitter page. User TeamNae52 simply added, “I Like Nicki Minaj Did It On Em Video .”
"Lmao.. smh.. Chill Out Nicki.. she killin s--t 4 real" tweeted @apsnoop. "Nikki Minaj God said that this is your time u r di # 1 hardest hard female right now keep up di good works. I love you" commenter Annodette added in.

Nicki Minaj is currently gearing up to join pop diva Britney Spears on the Femme Fatale tour slated to begin on June 16 with a kickoff in Sacramento, California. Nicki joins Spears, Australian duo Nervo and Jessie and the Boy Toys in an all-female North American tour.
